The experience is always very nice and comfortable. Friendly staff and Doctor is extremely professional and informative. I am confident that I will be able to see much clearer once I get my new prescription. I have been going to LensCrafters for over 10 years and don’t plan on changing.
Doctors and staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. This is my first pair of eye glasses so having that warm feeling during it all took a lot of stress off my shoulders.
Beyond excellent! From the minute I walked in the staff was super attentive, and took me right back. They were professional, as well as personable and I was super comfortable there. Sometimes I have a little anxiety about new situations; however, I did not feel anything but peace in this environment. I loved my new doctor. She is super thorough and even let me test to see if one prescription may work better than another. When I left there, I called my daughter to let her know how happy I was to have found this business. I am super excited because it’s minutes from work, as well.
