I had new insurance which was not accepted by my normal Eye Care Professional's practice. This is my first time to try any other eye doctor in Jacksonville after living here for over 15 years and I was very impressed. The location is super convenient to where I live, and upon entering this practice I was impressed with how beautifully set up it is. It is very modern and fresh. From the moment I entered the doors I was welcomed. The lady who checked me in was fast and efficient and so very friendly. I have visited twice, and the Dr. and staff took excellent care of me. Everyone was warm and kind. Staff patiently explained any insurance questions I had, and were upfront about pricing on both different contact options, and imaging costs.No complaints, I had a great experience.

My husband and I had the pleasure today to visit this site for our eye exams . From the first smile from the receptionist to the actual eye exam everything was perfect. We were taken on time and made to feel very comfortable. Our last stop was with Brandon who helped us pick out our frames . He noticed that I liked purple and went above and beyond to help me pick out my frames . I never felt rushed and I found the perfect frames . Since I wear glasses all the time this is very important to me . My husband only has to wear them glasses for reading but Brandon helped him find one he felt comfortable with. If you are looking for a new eye doctor this is the place to go .
