I typically dread going in for my eye appointments bc it’s the longest process, to then be told my prescription is the same and now i need to pay $450 for glasses and contacts.But this was truly impressive Dr. Jay and the staff there are fantastic! From check in, to doing tests, to meeting with Dr. Jay, and to finalizing everything. I was genuinely blown away. And the prices are fair, for glasses and contacts. “I had an amazing experience here. I was just waiting on my partner to pick out some glasses, and asked the store manager (Richard) if he could look up my vision insurance and see if I was eligible for an eye exam. I was, and he got me started immediately. There was no dilation involved, and the entire process took less than an hour. The actual eye test is administered remotely, but it didn't feel any different than a regular exam. I got an updated prescription and Richard was more helpful than most optometrists I've encountered in explaining the specifics of my prescription. He gave me a updated pair of my new prescription and current brand, and also gave me a pair of a new brand for astigmatism for me to see if I liked that one better. Start to finish it was a really impressive experience.“
