On the positive side, some reviewers have praised the helpfulness of staff members, such as Mike, who assisted with prescription sunglasses. Overall, the business seems to have its strengths and weaknesses, and customers may need to be prepared for varying levels of service.
I have enjoyed a WONDERFUL experience at this office. The folks at MyEyeDr on San Jose are absolutely awesome! It can be tough to make the decision to try a new optometrist. I am SO glad I did! Thank you to all of the staff here who are always working hard to exceed customer expectations. Thank you SO much for my new glasses AND sunglasses!
I WILL be back!
The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. Mac was sweet and comforting when I was a bit anxious. Dr. Furer was thorough and patient. When I was led to the eyeglass shop, I let them know that I had found frames elsewhere. Frank did not try to pressure me. He printed out my prescription and offered any future help if needed. I’ll definitely return.
I had a great experience at MyEyeDr., thanks to Chloe and Amy! They were absolutely amazing and made my visit such a wonderful experience. Chloe was so helpful and patient while completing all of my eye tests, and Amy was fantastic in helping me pick out the perfect glasses and styles for me. She made the process fun and helped me feel confident in my choices. I truly appreciate both of them and the excellent customer service they provided. I highly recommend MyEyeDr. and especially Chloe and Amy! ❤
