I had a great experience! Frank was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything so much easier. The front desk staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service from everyone. Highly recommend!

The office staff was friendly and kind my appointment was easy and smooth. Pricing was upfront and clear. I was very impressed with the professional atmosphere including the interaction with the doctor. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

I had an awesome experience at MyEyeDr. on San Jose! After leaving VisionWorks disappointed with the lack of options for new frames, I came to MyEyeDr. and was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection. Frank, in particular, was very helpful in helping choose frames. He wasn’t overbearing in any capacity and allowed us to take our time browsing the selection. He was extremely friendly as well, even offering to find frames himself similar to my style! I truly appreciate the service and variety of options at this location. I would highly recommend!
