The second experience there, with my animal was much better than the first.Some things to keep in mind, if you have a sensory processing deficit:1. Get there early enough and with someone to where one of you can take the seat next to the chairs with the natural light in front of the check in desk.2. Be sure vet records are sent from a previous vet before the appointment.3. Write down everything you need to convey, in case there is a barking dog, like this morning (I don’t blame the dog, I was stressed, too). I came in last minute do to my little boy having and injury we were new to the clinic and they were able to squeeze me in that same morning. The love and care they show you and your animal is beyond amazing. Y’all made me feel so welcoming and safe to take care of my baby! Thank you again is shows that everyone there loves what they do. We will definitely be returning for all future check ups!

Dr. Nguyen is highly knowledgeable, professional, and exceptionally kind. His bedside manner is truly outstanding, and he consistently provides thorough and clear explanations for all aspects of care. The staff at this office are equally helpful and compassionate. I am not only pleased but also genuinely impressed with the level of care and service I've received here.
