I can't express enough gratitude for Dr. green and Dr. Marsigliano. My experience with the both of them has been nothing but positive. Not only have they helped me through the loss of a pet in 2022 but they have assisted me through adopting two new pets and taking on that challenge. I feel so safe and comfortable knowing my fur babes are in their hands. They are loving, compassionate, and dedicated to the work they do. They truly care about the well-being of your pets, and take the time to explain everything you need to know in detail. Top tier clinic and staff all around. We appreciate you!

I have a senior pet and for the longest I took him to another popular vet clinic. I realized that my dog really requires more specialized care. I’m so incredibly grateful that I brought my pet here because my baby seems to be doing SO MUCH better since they have given him the care he needs. They are attention to detail. They truly care. Everyone is so incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. I love this place. I wish I would have brought him here from day one. I highly recommend this place!

BEST VETS EVER!!! After over a year of two other vets trying unsuccessfully to get rid of my dogs ear infection I changed to Intracoastal West. Dr Marsigliano kept trying differnent approaches and was able to get rid of the infection and put the dog on a preventative maintenance. The vets do a good job of explaining what is going on with your dog and what the vet is doing. They teach the owner as well as treat the pet. The worse time for any pet owner is having to let go of a pet. Dr Marsigliano handled this in a way that when I left the office I was still sad the pet was gone but had an unquestionable feeling that I had done a good thing.
