Unhappy with past veterinarians, we took a chance and went to nearby Mandarin Veterinary Clinic for our pitbull mix puppy, Bunny. We were excited to discover a very noticeable elevation in the level and quality of care, customer service, and support that Dr. Jones and her warm, wonderful staff provide — especially compared with our past local vet experiences. I’m so impressed by her vast knowledge, decades of experience, drive to stay current, and zeal for her work. This office isn’t run so well by accident - it’s obvious that Dr. Jones takes the customer experience seriously.

My tuxedo boy, Wendell had his uveitis eye removed elsewhere & wasn't eating. I truly thought Dr. Jones would recommend euthanasia. At nearly 17 years old, still in pain from stomatitis despite teeth removal, and down to 6 pounds, Wendell was weak. Dr. Jones saved his life! Six months have passed. He takes 2 medications & is now at 10 lbs with a true zest for life, giving headbutts on demand! 🐈⬛ Thank you all so much for your compassionate, professional care.
Can't say enough about how much we love Dr. Jones and her entire staff. We've been with them for 8 years and continue to go after moving 40 min away. Can't imagine letting anyone else care for it pups.
