After going to several different vets before finding somewhere we really loved we found ourselves at Mandarin Veterinary. The front office staff is kind and welcoming and they are great with scheduling. The office is always super clean and smells nice, and the wait is always reasonable. Drs Jones and Bernardo and their clinical staff are also top notch, these people have been angels on earth. They have done grooming, cared for my pets routine health issues and have helped us navigate more serious things that required a specialist. I can’t say enough about the care our sweet Emma (lab) was given at the Mandarin Veterinary Clinic. We had been with another vet for many years and we’re not happy with the care we received . We found Mandarin Veterinary Clinic from a friends referral. I could tell on our first visit from the friendliness of the staff to the professionalism of both Dr.Jones and Dr.Bernardo that we will never go to a different vet again. They treated Emma’s condition which included removing her toe and helped us to manage her healing until she was able to walk again without pain. Absolutely wonderful and friendly staff. Dr. Taylor was professional, genuine, and very caring for my Yorkie. It is very obvious that she and her staff care about animals and are there to render the best care they can! This will be my dog's doctor from this point forward.
