“Clean and friendly environment and staff. Great Doctors but disappointed in one tech who trimmed my dogs nails way to short causing them to bleed. He had never given anyone trouble trimming his nails through all his 8 years! There was no apology or anything (not even telling me she had cut his quicks) other than telling me that my dog gave the tech some trouble. He will not be going back.“
“I highly reccomend Crosswater Animal Hospital Nocatee. Its right in the towncenter by publix and has a very good, extreamly kind and highly knowledgable vet. She takes extra time with everyone and truely cares about all the pets that walk in the door. They can ussually get you in the same day to be seen, and offer a free exam with coupon printed off thier website.“
“We go here regularly for routine checkups with our teacup yorkie but this week she has been sick with pancreatitis. The front staff, vet techs and Veterinarians have been so sweet, responsive, attentive and helpful during this stressful time. Glad to have them available for our sweet Laci girl “

The front office staff is kind and welcoming and they are great with scheduling. The office is always super clean and smells nice, and the wait is always reasonable. Drs Jones and Bernardo and their clinical staff are also top notch, these people have been angels on earth. They have done grooming, cared for my pets routine health issues and have helped us navigate more serious things that required a specialist. They explain everything, never have hidden fees, are upfront and realistic with all sides of care while remaining compassionate. The doctors even call personally to follow up with me and check on my pets. I really can’t say enough great things about mandarin vet clinic.“

“I am new to the area and needed to get a new vet that wasn't all the way on the west side of Jacksonville. I Googled and this was the 2nd vet that came up. The customer service rep that answered the phone talked to me for an hour walking me through each of my pets needs as they are all very different. We talked about Wellness Plans for each animal and set up the appointment. I even was able to move my appointment twice 4 days earlier than the original time. Everyone from the tecs to the vets I met each day have been more than accommodating and you can tell they really love the dogs. I would highly recommend taking your pets to this location.“

“This is one of the best places my little one has been for daycare. She been to several as we have moved a few time. She not only goes weekly for daycare but she boards when I need to go away and her vet is right next door. You just can't ask for much more. It's hard to find a place that will take care of your baby without worry. Additionally, they care about the parents as well :-) Absolutely outstanding facilities.“

Anyway - the entire staff from the guy who worked me in for an emergency visit, to the tech , to BOTH doctors were all amazing!!!! Both doctors always had her age into consideration when diagnosing treatment options , so I appreciate that too.“
