My pup and I are from out of state and moved down to Florida a few months back. She had been so uncomfortable with fleas and allergies. The vet was nothing short of helpful and amazing. I read the reviews before visiting and was a bit nervous but let me tell you about this place! Staff was friendly and gentle with my baby. The doctor was nice and professional. I have no complaints 😌 and I encourage you to try them out for your pet medical needs! 10/10 vet around Jacksonville!
Today I lost my fur baby. I was turned away from another vet, and in despair, this place accepted us. Unfortunately my baby had to be put down, but from the moment I walked in I was met with compassion. They helped in every way possible, and I wasn't able to go back with her, but the kind young man that took my fur baby to the back (I didn't catch his name ) promised me that he would hold my fur baby the whole time, and it was more comforting than they could have known. If you're looking for a place that's not about a pay check, please go here. Empathy goes a long way.

Jimi also outgrew his carrier and since we typically have an at home vet that visits our cats we had to borrow a carrier from the clinic and they were very accommodating! The pricing was also reasonable and did not destroy my wallet. I’m so appreciative for this clinic being available and quickly able to… read full review
