My Daisy is a nervous girl and can get nippy, as a precaution I put a soft muzzle on her for the safety of the staff. The entire staff is aware and treat her with the most gentle touch and soft voices to make her visits as easy as possible to cause her the least amount of stress. For that, I am very grateful.
The only clinic I will ever trust with my pets.
I can’t say enough good things about Merrill Animal Clinic. The entire staff is devoted, kind, and deeply compassionate. They guided our family through every stage of our sweet girl's life, from routine vaccines all the way to her gentle send-off across the rainbow bridge. Knowing she was in such loving hands gave us so much peace of mind. If you want a vet that treats your pets like family, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!
Recently changed to Merrill animal clinic because it is close to my house and I am happily surprised that it’s the best vet I’ve been to in years! Doctor R takes her time to explain, you don’t feel rushed. It’s easy to make an appointment, and you can also text their phone number with text messages and photos and they are very responsive. I am beyond happy with this as our new vet!
