Very pleased with the response to my recent request for work on my gutter system. Even though it was a small job, they scheduled it for the next day, showed up on time and made the repair quickly and efficiently. The charge was fair and reasonable. I will definitely call them again!
I highly recommend Home ResQue! As a family-owned company, they truly care about their customers. Nick, one of the owners, was personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He was willing to take on the challenge of working with a USDA Senior Home Repair Grant for the first time and went above and beyond to make it happen. He made multiple trips to my home and willingly revised the plans several times to meet the grant requirements.
Jenna, the office manager, was equally wonderful. She was kind, patient, efficient, and always pleasant to work with. She kept everything organized and made the process much less stressful.
