Mike Frown at Daly Aluminum was absolutely great. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and on point with everything. I didn’t know much about sheet metal, but Mike made everything easy to understand. He literally answered three of my questions before I could even get them out of my mouth! I had my sunroom renovated including the windows. I am very happy with the results!!!! All the staff were very good and nice. Chris, David, Bryce and Cameron who did the actual work. Vinny the salesman, Tammy that worked in the office that scheduled inspections and Bill the general manager. I highly recommend this company.
The garage screen is great. The issues I have were 1st generated by manufacturers shipping. The tracks came in bent. Replacement tracks arrived but it took 22 days for Daly to install the screen that I already paid for. I explained to Bill that I had an appointment at 1:00. The crew arrived at 8:30 as promised but mother nature would not let them start until 10:00. They worked until 11:20 then took an hour lunch. At no time did the have concern for my 1:00 appointment. The crew said they were not told I about it. Three stars is being generous based on customer service.
