Prompt return of my call when my new unit was not providing heat. Nick identified the issue, showed me the problem and fixed it within an hour. He was knowledgeable about the system and provided thorough explanations of the repair needed. From call to repair was less than 3 hours on a holiday weekend. That’s great service.

We have used comfort Temp for 12 years. In our other home they installed a new unit and Jay handled transaction and everything was absolutely perfect..
