I had a problem with controlling the temperature on my HVAC system. It didn't want to cool properly. Sabring came to the rescue. She had to rewire the thermostat. My HVAC system cools like it's supposed to now, thanks to Sabring. She was not only helpful but courteous, enthusiastic, as well as professional. I'm sure she'll go far in the company. As always, I would recommend Comfort Temp to anyone who needs their type of services.
The company is great for prompt service. The service people have always been nice and helpful. I will not recommend a Trane a/c unit again though. I have had my unit 14 months and the compressor is bad and labor alone is going to cost $1900 to replace.
My mother’s brand new hot water heater had stopped working after not even 2 weeks of use. They sent out help the same day as she notified him. Mr Wesley did an amazing job. He was prompt, explained the issue, and resolved it immediately within the same day. Thanks again from my mother Ms Audrey
