I have been with Bertie Air for 8 years, and in all that time I have always had good service. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and always profesional. At the end of every maintenance they would review everything with me and inform me of any issues of concern worth monitoring or repairing. But in the 8 years I have been with them, one technician really stands out, and that is Michael Dumas. I wanted to share our experience with getting a new ac unit from Bertie Air. It was truly the best service we have ever had. The 4 guys who helped us were amazing. I want to say a BIG Thank You to Danny, Jon Jon, Cooper and Drew for all they did. They did an excellent job. Very professional. I would highly recommend Bertie Air.

This company kept my old system alive for 23 years. I just bought a new one from them. Everything about the process was as good as it could be. They had many options and explained everything so that I could make an informed choice. Their technicians are thoroughly professional and pleasant. They installed it in one day.
