Just can't say enough about Bounds AC. They're old-school in that they always do everything in the customer's best interest. Always! Their employees are very capable and respectful, always. Their technical capabilities and speed of response are without peer in this area. And get this: when you call them an actual human being with a brain and good manners answers the phone. We pay a nominal fee for maintenance on the unit they installed in our home. A technician came to our house yesterday for the 13 point service. He was there for over an hour just doing their routine top drawer service. So refreshing to see that a few businesses might still exist like this one.
Mr Christopher Allen was my tech who came out to do a diagnostic on my AC unit to see why it was leaking. He did let me know it was my motor and was very knowledgeable on explaining to me the reason. He was even nice enough to put in a temporary motor until I get it replaced. Overall, great customer service! I even just referred my boss to Bounds because his AC is acting up as well.
Two young men responded to my need today. They were awesome! I had a great learning experience as well as great company! They were so kind and thoughtful to take the time to explain everything, I really had a great time during a time that was very stressful for me, but they just handed everything so perfectly! Thank you so much! Can't say enough about their service!
