Crystal Air & Water, Inc. provides outstanding quality and service at a reasonable price. The team delivers timely and budget-friendly solutions for heating and cooling needs, including maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioners, water heaters, and ice machines. Their professionals, such as Toren, are known for their expertise, workmanship, and friendly service. They go above and beyond to resolve issues, as seen when a technician quickly diagnosed and fixed a thermostat problem in the showroom on the same day, ensuring minimal disruption. In another instance, Toren did an excellent job cleaning air ducts and pulling and cleaning the coil in the handler, explaining everything thoroughly and leaving the customer very satisfied. The team has also replaced entire HVAC systems with heat pumps and new ducts, and installed mini splits in offices, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness. During a holiday weekend, Toren efficiently diagnosed and repaired a cooling issue, restoring comfort quickly. With a long-standing commitment to customer satisfaction, Crystal Air & Water, Inc. remains a trusted choice for reliable and efficient service.
Tyler was so conscientious and thorough. He went way above and beyond, patiently teaching me how to maintain the line and keep it from clogging. He showed me how to change the filter and stood in the sweltering humidity of the garage while I typed out instructions and then he made sure I could replace the filter myself before he left. What a good person! Thank you, Tyler. You keep Crystal Air and Water earning these great reviews.
