My technician was Carlos. He was working on my company's ice machine. We had another company come out and they were unable to fix our ice machine after several visits. We were very frustrated but Carlos handled the situation professionally. He fixed our machine and we are extremely pleased with his service.

Your technician (Carlos) was polite and professional. Carlos also answered my questions so that I understood what was wrong. He fixed and the equipment is working great. Hayden and Myles were the technicians that came over and they were super professional and friendly. Did a very clean job, cleaned up after themselves and also informed me on how to clean the unit and what to look out for! But the icing on the cake was the love they gave my dogs! Super super nice guys I highly reccomend them to anyone who needs servicing
