My husband called Monday morning, and they were out to our house that SAME afternoon. Shane was our technician, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to both me and my husband. Trevor came out today and diagnosed an issue for us and he was extremely nice and helpful. Also, Kandace was so nice when scheduling a last minute appointment and was able to provide us same day service that we needed!! The Ray French staff has always treated me well. The employees who come out are always timely, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm not sure how happy I am with my new unit; like anything else, things just aren't made the way they used to be. And I understand it's not only the brand of unit I purchased. But everything seems fine now and I'm pleased.
