Had Mark Hurm & Co. Come out to replace my entire duct work for my house. The 3 Techs they sent out Jacob, Jonathan & Gabe absolutely knocked it out of the park! Replaced everything in just 1 day! They even relocated some vents to get better air flow for our bedrooms. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable from Samantha in the office to all of their technicians! I 100% recommend this company you won't be disappointed!!!...

This should have been done last month but with everything going on I just now had time to complete this review. Rick came out to the house for our Bi-Annual service that we subscribe to and have found it to be very Cost Effective in keeping our unit running to it's full Efficiency Potential. Rich did this service as if he Were At His Own Home from checking the levels of Freon to making sure the capacitors were working to capacity. He was Very Efficient in Completing the service in a Timely Manner and, In My Opinion, went over and above to make sure the unit was Clean and Running to it's Full Potential and Power Efficiency. Had one of my units stop working during the day. Called the number after hours. The customer service was excellent. I was contacted within 15 minutes by the on call technician Don. He was able to arrange my call for mid morning on Sat so I was still able to take the family on a planned afternoon trip out of town.All the techs and customer service agents I have dealt with so far have been outstanding.I recently had to change companies and have always heard their ads on the radio and they came recommended by friends and they did not disappoint.Great company and I will recommend them to any of my friends who may need good quality AC work done.
