“Doug, the service Technician from Bounds Heating & Air appeared to be very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue from the fault code displayed on the AC unit control system. He was friendly and personable which made me feel at ease during the service call process. The entire process was completed in a reasonable time.

I am unsure of how the price of service compared to other service companies, since I chose to call Bounds as they performed the AC install bout 12 years and I have been happy with the product as installed by Bounds.

“You may read this review and think its not a legitimate customer review. I don't think I've ever left a review on google but I can PROMISE you this is the way my experience with Ray French went.

AC went out on a Sunday, technician was on site within 2 hours. We got the news the compressor was out. Garrett informed us of our options and best route to take. He was up front and gave several options with the pros and cons of each option. We decided based on Garrett's recommendation to replace the entire system.

The VERY next morning Gerald arrived, inspected our system and provided us with several options to go with. He explained everything so that I understood (I Know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about HVAC).

We made a decision on what system to go with and even after a hiccup on our part, Gerald had a team at our front door the very next morning.

Parker was the team lead and explained the process of work that was going to be completed. Once I showed them where the atric access and main breaker was located, they got to work.

Any time I had a question, they had an answer and explained it so it was understood. They explained how the system worked and what was different from the system being replaced.

The install was completed the old system was removes and I was up and running. They left everything as if no one was ever at my home.

In closing, I'd like to say this job was completed on July 29, 2025. The heat index that day was 112 degrees and the attic temperature was 147 degrees.

Garrett, Gerald, Parker and the team from Ray French made this experience worthy of this review.
