“Clean and friendly environment and staff. Great Doctors but disappointed in one tech who trimmed my dogs nails way to short causing them to bleed. He had never given anyone trouble trimming his nails through all his 8 years! There was no apology or anything (not even telling me she had cut his quicks) other than telling me that my dog gave the tech some trouble. He will not be going back.“

“Cannot recommend Dr. Walls enough; if I could make her my PCP, pediatrician, any doctor really, I would in a heartbeat! We got sent to SEVO after Hitch our cat got a heartbreaking cancer diagnosis at First Coast. However, the fluid analysis was not clear on what type and we felt very left in the dark. Dr. Walls talked to 3 different oncologists, reached out to our primary vet, and to the surgeons from First Coast to figure out what he has and what to do and kept us posted this entire time. She has never even seen us or our furbaby and we weren't even officially patients of hers but nevertheless, she went to such great lengths to help us and was so compassionate throughout the process. As heartbroken as we are about the diagnosis and prognosis, we have felt so well taken care of and are beyond grateful to have met her!“
“We go here regularly for routine checkups with our teacup yorkie but this week she has been sick with pancreatitis. The front staff, vet techs and Veterinarians have been so sweet, responsive, attentive and helpful during this stressful time. Glad to have them available for our sweet Laci girl “
“I have a senior pet and for the longest I took him to another popular vet clinic. I realized that my dog really requires more specialized care. I’m so incredibly grateful that I brought my pet here because my baby seems to be doing SO MUCH better since they have given him the care he needs. They are attention to detail. They truly care. Everyone is so incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. I love this place. I wish I would have brought him here from day one. I highly recommend this place!“

“After going to several different vets before finding somewhere we really loved we found ourselves at Mandarin Veterinary. The front office staff is kind and welcoming and they are great with scheduling. The office is always super clean and smells nice, and the wait is always reasonable. Drs Jones and Bernardo and their clinical staff are also top notch, these people have been angels on earth. They have done grooming, cared for my pets routine health issues and have helped us navigate more serious things that required a specialist. They explain everything, never have hidden fees, are upfront and realistic with all sides of care while remaining compassionate. The doctors even call personally to follow up with me and check on my pets. I really can’t say enough great things about mandarin vet clinic.“
“Quick appointments. My dog needed an ultrasound of her belly and Brianna went above and beyond to make sure my dog would have an appointment the same day as the ultrasound. Christopher at the front was very amicable.“
“The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the birds sanctuary in the waiting room. I was not expecting it and my bird dog flipped out. Next time I will bring her in her travel crate. Staff was extremely friendly and prices were treatment reasonable. My sick baby is not back to her healthy self.“

They are the only Vets they are not afraid to visit.They have been treating our older dog Jeter since 2014 and Dr G was the first person besides myself and my wife to hold Archie 5 1/2 years ago. “This is one of the best places my little one has been for daycare. She been to several as we have moved a few time. She not only goes weekly for daycare but she boards when I need to go away and her vet is right next door. You just can't ask for much more. It's hard to find a place that will take care of your baby without worry. Additionally, they care about the parents as well :-) Absolutely outstanding facilities.“
