Our dog had been shaking his head and scratching one ear for a couple of days, so we brought him in to have it checked. The vet found an ear infection, cleaned the area, and explained how to use the medication at home. I appreciated that they didn't make the visit feel rushed and answered all of my questions before we left. His ear was already bothering him much less after a few days of treatment.
Clay county animal hospital has been absolutely amazing with my puppy miles ♥ after some vaccines his immune system went into overdrive and he got “puppy strangles”. We were able to develop a plan to keep him from being in pain, while also continuing his vaccines he needed for his age. They’ve called and checked on him and treated him like the king he is 😆 as if he was their own dog. I can’t recommend them enough for their diligence and compassion over these last 2 months.
