Julie Runnfeldt, DVM is a highly praised veterinary clinic with amazing technicians who genuinely care about the animals and the people that visit their establishment. The staff, including the friendly and patient receptionist Kelly, have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure timely appointments and address all questions and concerns. Visitors from out of town have also been impressed with the clinic's ability to quickly request their pets' records from their regular veterinarians. While there have been occasional long wait times due to emergency walk-ins, the staff and veterinarians have been described as amazing. The only potential downside mentioned was the presence of a bird sanctuary in the waiting room, which can be disruptive for some pets. Overall, the clinic is highly recommended for its reasonable prices and the exceptional care provided to sick pets.
Dr. Runnfeldt is an amazing vet! She’s been both of our dogs vet for years and she is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Runnfeldt collaborates with other vets/specialists and really cares about getting the best care for your pet. If my mom spider senses were going off, she wouldn’t make me second guess myself and would support further investigation. She listened and was thorough. I’ve unfortunately had to go to specialists from Dr. Walker in Nassau, Ecovets in St Augustine, Focus ER, and SEVO. And most doctors knew who she was and said she was one of the best vets. I highly recommend Dr. Runnfeldt.
