“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this groomer! My dog is quite large and a total nervous nellie, he has a lot of anxiety when it comes to grooming, so finding someone who understands his needs and is willing to be patient with him means everything to me.
They took their time, never rushed him, and showed so much genuine patience, kindness, and compassion throughout the entire process. It was obvious that his comfort and well-being were their priority and not just getting the grooming done as quickly as possible. I could tell he was comfortable because when I walked in to pick him up he wasn’t fidgety or barking.
He came out looking absolutely amazing, but even more importantly, he was treated with the care and understanding he needed. It gives me such peace of mind knowing I can leave him with someone I trust.
