I could not be happier with the service i received with this company. With other companies you call them they charge you around 150 dollars to have someone diagnose your problem they send a sales guy and not a technician and then tell you ya need a new unit. I had two companies tell me I need a new TXV valve and I should replace the whole system. My unit doesn't even have a TXV valve. I finally found out through my church who to call and Im glad I did. Richard came to my house the same day found the problem and fixed it same day. He was honest, knowledleable and straight forward. Its all you look for in a tech. Omg I can not say enough good things about them. My AC went out over the dreaded weekend. A young man came out on Sunday early evening. He worked diligently for hours trying to find my problem. Thankfully he found the problem and was able to fix it. It wasn't easy and took a while. But he was kind and so was his office staff . I would highly recommend. He wasn't giving up and I appreciated it. And it did t cost me an arm and leg .
