I'm writing a review since the technician that installed my new thermostat was in and out in less than an hour and described the programming settings very clearly which was excellent because my last experience I had to figure it out myself.

The problem was a miswiring with the original thermostat install, this expert meticulously tracked the wiring and had it rectified in about an hour. This was a lot better than the prior encounter where they told me that I needed a replacement and it saved both time and money.

I expected a straightforward maintenance check, and the technician quickly identified that the air filters were clogged, which he replaced while also ensuring the condenser coils were cleaned properly. The entire process took about an hour, and I've noticed improved airflow since his visit.
