24/7 service is not true. Our AC went out 2 days ago still no answer via phone call text or email. The direct line goes straight to a voicemail that is full with no room to leave messages. Now I am stuck paying out of pocket for repairs from someone else when my brand new unit is still under warranty from them. Not a great experience whatsoever and if they can’t call me back or offer to reconcile I will certainly but using anyone else for maintenance and repairs.

These people have stolen $3700.00 from me with no work done. I have been trying to get my money back with only a run around. I will be going to the sheriffs office to file theft charges.
