Our AC was not working and Atec sent Luis out after his last call late on the evening before we were due to depart Florida. He quickly diagnosed our HVAC and gave us multiple appropriate remediation choices based on his expert assessment. Within a week we have an entirely new HVAC. Luis and the ATEC team did a great job communicating, sending pictures and ensuring we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend ATEC for your HVAC needs.
A Tec is a phenomenal company! Last night our AC lines were freezing up and they sent out Louis first thing in the morning to help us. Louis did an awesome job at finding the issue right away and explaining how he was going to fix it.Not only that but my daughter is always in the mood to lend a helping and, Louis didn’t hesitate to let her be the flashlight holder!
