I contacted them after having a bad experience with Country air and cooling. Mike took the time to come out and give me some answers. Chris later came out and immediately found the leak in one of the coils on the unit. I still had the manufacturer warranty so they ordered the part and within a few days Tom and Nick installed it. The staff is great. I appreciate the communication, honesty, and helpfulness. If you’re looking for trustworthy services, Affordable Air and Plumbing is it.

Chris G. did an awesome job w/ my AC maintenance and repair. He exhibited great professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy throughout the process, explaining some of the HVAC principles and terms in a way I can understand. Furthermore, he was very meticulous and diligent, which was easy for me to recognize and place confidence in. Technicians like Chris form the foundation of a reputable company, and it's a relief to see lately.
