Called to let me know his arrival time and was here within that time frame, even a Lil early which was great. Very polite & Professional. Kept me updated throughout the process. Once completed told me how things looked & explained what was needed.
Well, I called today, and Christy was able to get an appt same day. Benny was our tech, he was exceptional. He diagnose the issue, disappeared on the side of the house for about 30 minutes, came back and the air on…
Thanks guys

Junior from Air-Ref was fantastic. He came out to and handled a unit that hadn’t been serviced in a while. Cleaned out everything and changed the filter. He also took a look in our ceiling to where we have water intrusion that we thought was from the A/C but looks like it might be from the roof instead. He went above and beyond. Great service from this company all around, every time they come out.
