My A/C unit needed a routine cleaning i reached out to TS where I had the pleasure of meeting DAN very nice guy respectful also knowledgeable I will referring my friends and family to this company also look forward to working with TS again
Last week I had the pleasure of Tech Dan service my AC unit he was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything he did, and answered all of my questions quickly and completely. I would most definitely recommend this company to service your AC . It was also a plus when dealing with the office staff as they were also extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.
I was having intermittent issues with my A/C unit for a while. Coincidentally, I received a call from TS. Dan came out and did a thorough inspection. The unit was breaking down. I worked with Dan and negotiated a fair price for both of us on a new unit. The installers (Yussel and Erick) did a great job. The comfort and trust built with them is the complete opposite from when I purchased my first unit (from Action). Thank you TS for the peace of mind that my A/C is in good hands.
