We used Schultz to repair our AC after buying our house in 2018. Another company recommended replacing the unit but Schultz repaired it for one tenth the cost. Fast forward 5 rears, the unit was on its last leg, leaking refrigerant in multiple spots. Schultz replaced the attic and outdoor unit with a highly efficient model and we noticed an immediate difference. We’ll continue using them for annual maintenance as we have the past 5 years to insure a long life. Highly recommend and we wouldn’t consider ever using anyone else.

Aaron checked our system out found the problem. It was poo wiring on the rooftop unit. Unit new installed last year after IanHe not only repaired one faulty line but rewired all of them. Then he cleaned our coils that had a good deal of residue from drywall work and renovation dust.His explanations were clear and we admired his persistence and dedication. That’s why we have returned to Schultz AC. They’ve been our AC people for over 20 years in 3 different locations in our complex.

We are very pleased with the service we have gotten from Schultz. They are very attuned to meeting the customer’s needs…not trying to make a bigger sale. Even another AC supplier, who knew we used Schultz, told me it was a good choice and that Schultz are “good people”.
