Shannon is the best! My air went out on a Saturday, She sent out one of her technicians to diagnose it and it was a Lennox part that was not available on the weekends first thing Monday morning. She had a technician here. By 10 AM Monday morning and had my air up and running by 11 AM. Absolutely outstanding service will not use any other air-conditioning company ever again! Cody and Shannon’s teams are excellent and efficient.

Butler Air has been servicing my air for several years now. They have done a great job of maintaining my system and making any repairs needed. They are always punctual,friendly and professional. Fantastic. They do good work at a fair price, and don't try to sell you things you don't need. James is great. He is an attentive listener and gives good advice and explains everything. He even asked if I have a broom so he could sweep out my closet, because when the board in the ceiling is removed to get up into the attic it drops a lot of dust on the floor.The office staff is great too! Even called me the day before to see if I wanted to have service that afternoon instead of waiting for my appointment the next morning.I've used Butler Air at my previous home and current one and have been very satisfied.Services: A/C system maintenance
