I purchased the Flex frames which are customizable in every way, the color of the arm and nose pieces, as well as the lense shape and they weigh next to nothing. Ron has glasses for every face shape and personality.

Dr Ramsay is detailed and thorough, double checking that you like the prescription and can see comfortably at all distances and lighting.

“After submitting an online request for an appointment that was not acknowledged, I called the office and was able to speak with someone to schedule my appointment. The young man that took my information was very professional and pleasant. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, I was greeted and the intake process began; it was painless and expeditious. The assistant/Tech that I had was absolutely wonderful; she communicated, was very courteous, accommodating and professional.
“Dr. GiGi” was also top notch. She explained everything, gave me a thorough eye exam and gave me a chance to ask questions.
I did however have two “negative” things occur- I was quoted more than $1,000 for one pair of non-designer frames with the necessary prescription lenses! I was given my script but it was definitely missing measurements-which isn’t really helpful.
(Especially as a self pay patient).“

Updated Nov. 2025 to add: my whole family has now been to this location dozens of times. Victoria still works at this location and even though my son has a very high prescription, somehow she always manages to find the perfect frames for him. We also adore Dr. Chai, she takes her time and listens and make sure that she gets your prescription right. The two of them are the reason that we have remained customers of this exact location for so many years“

“Needed some new glasses and already had eye exam at place I used for years. Called to see if I got there at 4:30, would it be enough time to complete process. I was assured it would be, when I got there, Abraham waited on me. He was fantastic! He helped with my selection, adjusting glasses that I may try on to ensure a correct fit. When I decided, he quickly priced them and was very informative about my prescription. From ordering and creating the glasses in 15 min while I waited, he explained things the optometrist I'd been with for 12 yrs never did. And the process and time he spent making them and fitting them was over and above! I have found a new optometrist to stay.“
