“On Saturday, 7/19/25, my toilets stopped flushing. I called Best Plumbing in Oviedo at approximately 5:30pm. They are my go to for plumbing issues. Evan, the technician, was out within the hour. I am so impressed with his work ethic. When plunging didn’t give him the results he wanted he investigated further and found my septic sump pump was tripped. Evan not only got the pump working again he went a step further and tested it with my faucets and tub water running to ensure the pump cycled. Great job Evan. “I requested a service call on their website late Monday evening and was called back the next morning confirming that a tech would be sent out that morning to replace the Moen faucet cartridge. Heath arrived promptly and got right to work. First, he had to dig out the outside water turn off before he could shut it off but he never complained and stayed upbeat and positive the whole time.
