Duane was very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed the problem and I was very satisfied. Did not try to upcharge me or use scare tactics to have me pay for work I didn’t need, like Prime Plumbing did. They wanted to charge me nearly $2000 for services I didn’t need. I knew I should be wary when they mentioned that they are not cheep because they are good.
