I have used all pro for over 15 years for all things I am unable to do on my own diy lost. And yesterday was another Pro service from my service from Duane! Needed a new toilet install on one of my rentals quik and safe, since old one suddenly cracked in the tank! He was ready ,on site, explained what he was doing and why, after he discovered a true old hack job from old install( over 10 yrs ago ) wow. But, he got the flange replaced, new toilet mounted and all is well and correct!! Lol.. now my tenants and unit below are dry andsafe. thanks to diane and all pro speed!!!.

We had a slab leak that affected multiple units and needed emergency diagnosis and repairs. Eric from All Pro was prompt for the diagnosis, and worked with us patiently to explain & figure out solutions. He then went out of his way to schedule us in for the repairs during a weekend. Now water is back and a big thank you to Eric, well done!

We experienced a major water leak yesterday at my work location and called All Pro for emergency weekend assistance. Within a short period of time we receive a call from the technician Eric, also the leak detector specialist for All Pro. Within 40 minutes he was at our work location and was able to locate the leak and repair this. He went above and beyond with his services to ensure we would have access to water and our restrooms as quickly as anyway possible. He comes highly recommended from my daughter, which uses All Pro for her work locations. We greatly appreciate his great service to resolve this emergency situation in such a quick and professional way. THANK YOU!
