He gave me a thorough understanding of the process and pricing. People get scared about cost but you can't put a price on your air quality. You also know the cost of replacing AC units. Licensed and insured, I decided to take the service. Next day appointment and his tech Anibal showed up on time. The process is not quick or simple. He serviced the unit, cleaned the system, blower, vents (inside and out). Bottom line is the service is totally worth it. I highly recommend this company. Professional service from start to finish. Actually took the time to explain how everything ‘works’ and also showed me how to confirm that water/plumbing is draining properly all the way to the outside/main drain.
