“Last Saturday our bathroom started flooding, showers quit draining, and the toilets were having issues flushing. After a week of dealing with plumbers that our landlord kept hiring that were either unresponsive or would no-show, we finally had one come out and say that he couldn’t do anything and that our septic needed to be pumped. Our landlord’s maintenance department told us they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday, despite our bathrooms flooding and toilets no longer flushing. We have 2 young kids and I am pregnant so we couldn’t wait another 3 days.
