“The shower faucet would not turn off, or further on, meaning the water would not shut off. I tore it down as far as I could and figured it was beyond my skill level. This was at 5:00 in the evening. A friend recommended Tom. He came over, pulled the faucet cartridge and replaced it. Real nice guy, very quiet.“
