“One of our home's two air conditioners finally called it quits after many years. ServiceOne had done some repairs in the past to keep it going, but it was time for a new unit. We met with one of their salespeople, Otto, and he patiently explained our options, costs, etc. Such a nice guy. While no one wants to pay for a new air conditioner, Otto and the ServiceOne team made the whole process of buying and installing a new unit comfortable and seamless.
As luck would have it, we experienced a lighting strike a few weeks later that knocked out a component of our other air conditioner. Luckily we didn't need an entirely new unit, but we did need to have one of the components replaced. Our technician, Elijah, was very personable and explained what needed to be done. We were in the heat of the summer and I was concerned about the lead time in ordering the component and having it installed. Elijah somehow got what was needed and we were up and running the next day.
We continue to be very happy with ServiceOne, and other members of our family are as well. Highly recommended!”
