After my 2nd LG mini split failed after less than 4 years, Pro-tech recommended a Daikon unit and said it could be installed the next day! Marcel and Brandon arrived Saturday morning and within a few hours had a new unit up and running. They worked so quickly and quietly, I barely know they were there. They were efficient, respectful and knowledgeable as well as very friendly and pleasant. I am so very pleased, I wish I could give 6 stars!

An absolutely amazing experience with this company. We requested a service for a broken outdoor pipe and Matthew Holmes was assigned to complete repairs. He was amazing, super communicative and honestly did such a great job. My husband and I dread when something goes wrong in our home because we know how cumbersome these repairs can be but they really did make it so easy. We thought the pricing was fair and honestly, he did a whole lot of work outside in the heat! Matthew was awesome and we will be referring our friends and family here!
