“Just had a plumbing home inspection with Hunter H. Easily one of the absolute best and most thorough plumbers I have ever met. Super kind, considerate, and patient with us. He even checked our crawlspace and replaced our hose bibs down there. Who does that? No one!!! Unbelievable sevice. We will be having him replace our water heater as soon as we get back in town next month. A++++++++++“
“We had problems with our Goodman heating system since January 2023. For some unexplained reason It would shut off every few days. We would have to flip the switch to get it running again. We contacted a large company & between Jan-April we had 3 different servicemen check it. No one could figure out the problem, yet we were getting hit with service charges & nothing was repaired!In April we contacted Matt from County HVAC ( he came highly recommended) He cleaned the dirty flame sensors & said since we wouldn’t need the heat until October, we would see if this worked. Come Fall it continued to shut off. Matt changed a few parts as recommended by his supplier, then contacted TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Fast forward to January 2024… with Matt’s persistence he figured out the problem & we now have consistent heat. It’s a family business and they take pride in their work. He is prompt , neat & efficient. Very happy our neighbor recommended him!“

“I couldn't be more pleased with Joe, the owner, Riley and Johnny, the installation crew and everything about 5 Star! I purchased a new HVAC system from 5 Star that included a heat pump and air handler. The price was very fair compared to 3 other quotes I received. Riley and Johnny were timely, professional and went above and beyond what was required for a basic removal and new equipment installation. Riley found stechy duct connections with air leaks, which he corrected, added supports to the trunk line and air handler, both of which should have been there, but weren't. I would, and will recommend 5 Star to firend, family and anyone needing HVAC service, equipment or repairs. My system died and 5 Star, though not the original installers, were here the next day to try and service/ diagnose what the issue was. Three days later, I had a quote in hand and they installed the new system the very next day! Great job by all!“

“I have used Custom Mechanical twice, once was for an unscheduled breakdown of my A/C unit over the summer. Called them and they send a technician to my house within 2 hours. Less than an hour later, they restored A/C service to my home. Signed up for their bi-annual preventive maintenance agreement, Danielle in Customer Service was prompt, polite and courteous in setting up the plan and scheduling the technician to come out for our first maintenance visit. Technician did a very thorough job and even offered some guidance on keeping my HVAC operating efficiently. Overall very pleased with Custom Mechanical's service and highly recommend them.“
