We had problems with our Goodman heating system since January 2023. For some unexplained reason It would shut off every few days. We would have to flip the switch to get it running again. We contacted a large company & between Jan-April we had 3 different servicemen check it. No one could figure out the problem, yet we were getting hit with service charges & nothing was repaired!In April we contacted Matt from County HVAC ( he came highly recommended) He cleaned the dirty flame sensors & said since we wouldn’t need the heat until October, we would see if this worked. We have a fireplace in our 8yr old home that needed an annual cleaning. We bought our home 2 1/2 years ago, and have had two other cleanings by a different company. We were even thinking of replacing it because of the height of the flame etc. After reading the good reviews for County HVAC, we decided to call them. When Matt from County HVAC came, he found several parts that were not working. He showed these to my husband and I and said he could order them. Yesterday he was able to come back and replace the valve, the tray, the control module and gas line hose. Our fireplace is running great with a higher flame and heat. Matt is very professional... I live out of area approximately 3hrs away this being our second home... Matt came out looked things over and gave us a quote to correct some issues... Gave him the ok, gave him access to our place with the codes to get in... Arrived when he said he would... Came into a situation where our outside unit wasn't running when he got there.. Was in constant communication with me... Fixed everything plus some and still only charged us what he quoted... Matt is reliable, trustworthy, professional, polite and very reasonable... We are a small family business here in Sussex County ready to serve all of your heating and air conditioning needs with putting my hands on all jobs providing high quality maintenance. I started in this business with my dad when I was eleven helping him out. My dad has his own plumbing and heating company in Wilmington. When I was 26 I took my licensing test and started my own heating and air conditioning business.
