Just had a plumbing home inspection with Hunter H. Easily one of the absolute best and most thorough plumbers I have ever met. Super kind, considerate, and patient with us. He even checked our crawlspace and replaced our hose bibs down there. Who does that? No one!!! Unbelievable sevice. We will be having him replace our water heater as soon as we get back in town next month. A++++++++++

My water heater broke on Saturday and they were out that afternoon. They are very professional, they presented me with all the options for replacement including same day replacement.This whole process was simple and straightforward. Doreen called me and followed up on Monday to ask how everything went. It was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you Coastal Services, you exceeded our expectations at a time of need.

I am so thankful to Coastal Services, we arrived to our townhouse late Friday night for the weekend and our pipes were frozen. We called them and they arrived within 30 minutes. They were so professional, they explained the process, approx how long it will take, the cost, and did the job immediately. We had used a different company for years and they wouldn’t even come until Monday. We are now a Coastal Sevices customer. Thank you John for everything, you saved our weekend!
