Frederico arrived within 90 minutes during Labor Day weekend, getting the HVAC system running after cleaning the drainage system and correcting a drainage pipe. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Coty Bailey handled several small plumbing jobs, including a leaking hose bib and shower control, and installed a warm water recirculating pump. Coty worked diligently, spent little time going back to the truck for tools, and all work was completed successfully.
This was our first experience with Custom Mechanical, which came highly recommended by a friend—and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience.
Our plumber, Coty, was excellent. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He did a great job and left the work area clean when he was finished.
Kudos to Custom Mechanical and especially Coty! We highly recommend them!
We had Tanner from Custom Mechanical service our heater for the first time on 9/25/26. We were not disappointed!! He was courteous, respectful, very friendly and honest.
It was a great experience just like our first for plumbing.

Ryan was the best! Called before he showed up, super courteous and one of the best skilled HVAC technicians I have dealt with. But biggest thing is that he was honest. HVAC system needed a quick and inexpensive rebalancing to drain the condensation and he was done. Could have charged me more and I have been non the wiser.
Having Ryan and the team come out and do some more work I have been delaying.
Dylan conscientiously checked all my systems so I'm ready for winter. His honest discussion with me about thermostats was so helpful! Custom Mechanical hits a home run again!
