I had a great experience with the Custom Mechanical office located in my area.Unfortunately, I had called another company first and they were very unprofessional. They did not fix my issue.I decided to call Custom Mechanical and give them the opportunity to fix my HVAC issue. They came out within an hour and repaired it immediately. I needed a major part replaced. Fortunately, the service technician had the part. I was out of town so having it fixed immediately was very important to me.I will surely use them again.

We needed an emergency service on our A/C. Of the companies I'd called around to, Custom reached out first - Greg, the tech, said he could be here in 30 mins... and he was here in 30 mins. This was the first good sign.Greg was very courteous and got right to work. He quickly determined the issue was a faulty contactor, and was clear on the pricing to replace it. With our approval he replaced the part and after some monitoring and inspection of our A/C system, had us back up and running literally within 90 minutes of us calling them.We had the house cooled back down before we had to get the kids to bed. Arrived to our house on OCMD to a frozen air conditioner unit. Called Custom Mechanical and they arrived within 1hr. Serviceman was very professional, ran a diagnostic on the air conditioner and found the problem and quickly fixed it. Thank you for your efficient and affordable work.
