I'm back, I originally gave Integrity a great post when I purchased a heating/air unit from them! Now two years later there was a problem with the unit, I contacted them and thankfully they did the work to get a new unit from the manufacturer and installed it! They stood by their name, Integrity! A special shoot out for Mr. JOLLY, what a man, on a very hot day he spend with me installing the new unit, never lost patience, working in impossible heat, that man never stopped or gave up!
Ryan called before coming to my home. He was very punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all of the questions that I had and gave me a very good deal! So glad that I chose them to install my new AC.
My AC system was installed today (7/16) by Ronald and his intern, Zimere! Today was not an optimal weather day with poor air quality, extreme heat, and high humidity! These two worked tirelessly for hours to uninstall my old unit and install my new unit! They made sure I was completely satisfied with the work and all of my questions were answered before cleaning up and departing. Thank you so much for this 5-star treatment!
