“I called for my heat pump/a-c unit to be inspected as the winter was over! Nancy, (Scott's wife) answered the phone and was very friendly and professional. We made an appointment and understood that Gianni would be coming out to inspect everything. He was very friendly, professional and explained that new filters needed to be installed and even though my unit was old, it seemed to be working well at this time. I was so impressed by the low key excellent service at a very reasonable rate that after he left, I called Nancy to give her and Scott how happy a customer I was with everything!“

“I have used Custom Mechanical twice, once was for an unscheduled breakdown of my A/C unit over the summer. Called them and they send a technician to my house within 2 hours. Less than an hour later, they restored A/C service to my home. Signed up for their bi-annual preventive maintenance agreement, Danielle in Customer Service was prompt, polite and courteous in setting up the plan and scheduling the technician to come out for our first maintenance visit. Technician did a very thorough job and even offered some guidance on keeping my HVAC operating efficiently. Overall very pleased with Custom Mechanical's service and highly recommend them.“

“I had a great experience with the Custom Mechanical office located in my area.Unfortunately, I had called another company first and they were very unprofessional. They did not fix my issue.I decided to call Custom Mechanical and give them the opportunity to fix my HVAC issue. They came out within an hour and repaired it immediately. I needed a major part replaced. Fortunately, the service technician had the part. I was out of town so having it fixed immediately was very important to me.I will surely use them again.“

“The Tech Guy was very friendly and concerned with my problem. He explained some electrical problems very clearly for me to understand. He made a decision about my problem which was corrected with replacing the GFI plug on the left side of garage. This plug kept popping off the electricity in garage.“
