“Had the opportunity to work with ABC on an emergency repair to a PTAC unit on our condo in OCMD. I cannot say enough about how pleasant it was to deal with these folk. Dana on the phone was extremely pleasant and accommodating to our situation. On the day of scheduled evaluation of our unit they were able to evaluate and replace our unit same day…and at a very reasonable price! Every technician I met that day (3 total) were all friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. “Driver just left my house on a Saturday nite, January 4 at 8:45. They were supposed to deliver earlier today but the original driver had an emergency. We rescheduled for tomorrow but something went wrong with a ticket for tomorrow and one of the drivers said not to worry about it, he would deliver tonite. I don't know his name but he was driver #10880 in truck #PT231. Tho our tank wasn't completely empty, he came to the door to see if we needed help to start it if it needed restarting. Because of him and the help of the after hours on call person who took the call, I give them a 5 star rating. Customer service like that deserves recognition and appreciation. Thank you.“
