Jim gave us a fair price upfront and arranged his schedule to accommodate us as we had our condo sold. He was on vacation when work began but was in constant contact with us. Tyler was in charge and made sure everything was done correct. Him and his crew stayed late and made sure the job was done right. I was getting quotes for my new system when I came across Jim‘s name. I called Jim and the same day he came out to give me an estimate. His prices were very fair and competitive, and he explained everything he was going to do in great detail. He sent me the estimate the same night and then followed up with me the next day. I had a ton of questions and Jim sat there with me on the phone and answered all of them and made sure I understood In great detail. We decided to use Jim to install a new system and we couldn’t have been happier. We would highly recommend Jim and his team to anybody looking for a great small local company who needs a new system installed.
