was great to work with. Jim was very hands-on throughout the whole process and really helped me feel comfortable with the American Standard system he installed in my home. He removed my old system, installed the new American Standard system, and made sure I understood everything along the way.

I highly recommend Jim Schiffler Heating & Air. I called and Jim answered, not a call service or answering machine. That's the kind of personal touch that's missing in so many businesses today. I just bought my home and wanted to book a cleaning and checkup of my system. Jim was able to book my service the same week. In the days leading up to my appointment I noticed my A/C was struggling to cool my home. I let Jim know the trouble shooting I had done. He and his colleague arrived earlier than expected. Called and left voicemail, and within a couple minutes, had a call back. Was late in the work day, but fortunately was close by. Came over as soon as possible and couldn’t have been more eager to help and was super nice. If you live in the Worcester county area, or eastern shore in general, I highly recommend calling here first. Best service. Very professional, and great service!
