Had the opportunity to work with ABC on an emergency repair to a PTAC unit on our condo in OCMD. I cannot say enough about how pleasant it was to deal with these folk. Dana on the phone was extremely pleasant and accommodating to our situation. On the day of scheduled evaluation of our unit they were able to evaluate and replace our unit same day…and at a very reasonable price! Every technician I met that day (3 total) were all friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Even had the privilege to meet the owner who was a genuine joy to be with and obviously treated his team with the utmost care and respect. Loved dealing with these guys!!! Highly recommended!!
The only business to go to for HVAC. Nelson, Dana and crew are top notch. Where can you find honesty, integrity, personality, punctuality all wrapped up in to one nice neat bundle of love? IYKYK!
