Arriving home after a trip away, I found the interior house temperature to be in the low to mid 80's. The heat-pump system had been set for 75 degrees. The outside unit's fan was running and the interior fan was circulating air, but it appeared the compressor was not running.
I called the Alltemp emergency service number and they notified Jason Hernandez, the on-call technician. Jason called me back appraised the situation and said he thought the problem was a condenser in the heat-pump. Of course the coldest week of 2026 and the furnace goes out. They came out the same day. Diagnosed problem and repaired it immediately. Very pleased with the company and would highly recommend them without hesitation. Also will be signing up for their annual inspection. Thank you Dave for your prompt, professional Service.
